SUMMER EDUCATIONAL ADVENTURE COURSE (7 DAYS )

HIMALYAN EDUCATIONAL TREK IN MANALI  (10/11 DAYS)

*Modular Camps will be organized as per requirement.

* Corporate outbound training program as per corporate requirement.

1) FEES: -

By Cash / DD in favor of Bhonsala Adventure Foundation, Nashik.

By Online - A/C No. - 27850100002511, Bank of Baroda, Branch - Gangapur Road Nashik, IFSC - BARB0GANNAS

Fees will cover Accommodation, Nutritious Vegetarian Food (Base Camp to Base Camp), Guide charges, Equipment, Training, Nashik to Nashik Transportation & 18 % GST.

2) SAFETY: -

Extensive & Painstaking preparation has gone into the planning of the camp / Trek routes to ensure participants' safety. However, the Bhonsala adventure foundation cannot be held responsible for any accident, Illness, and other such untoward Incidences.

3) ALLOTMENT OF VACANCIES: -

Seats are allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis. If the required course is not available, the vacancy will be given in the next available course.

4) RULES OF CANCELLATION: -

Before 30 days from the Date of the Camp / Trek, 75% of the Fees will be refunded and before 15 days from the Date of the Camp / Trek, 50% of the Fees will be refunded. In other cases, no fees will be refunded. Once participated in the Camp / Trek, the Camp / Trek fee will not be refunded or transferred.

5) TRANSFER OF SEAT: -

The request for transfer of the seat on compassionate grounds may be considered only once. Further transfer or refund of the course fee will not be permitted thereafter.

6) CERTIFICATE: -

Participants, who successfully completed the Camp / Trek and abide by the discipline of the program, will be awarded certificates.

7) RULES & REGULATION: -

• Do not leave the campsite without permission of the Instructor or Camp Incharge.

• Do not keep any weapons with you.

• Do not drink water / Eat food items from unauthorized sources. While trekking does not enter into any personal

property or damage any personal property.

• Do not use abusive or vulgar language with other participants and staff.

• Use of Mobile phones / Electronic devices are prohibited during the camp.

• Participants are bound to follow the rules & regulations of the Bhonsala Adventure Foundation. Participants breaking

the above rules will be debited from the camp

8) APPLICATION AND MEDICAL FORM: -

• Application Form, Indemnity Bond & Medical Form available at BAF website www.baf.bhonsala.in.

• Medical certificate of the candidate from a Family physician (M.B.B.S / M. D.) is essential for admission.

9) INSURANCE OF THE CANDIDATE: -

The courses and camps carried out by Bhonsala Adventure Foundation are well organized and carried out under the supervision of experts and authorities well trained for the same. It is well-informed to the candidates to obey the orders of the experts on site. Despite the same, if any candidate does not follow rules and regulations and in the event of any mishap happening to him/her, Bhonsala Adventure Foundation will not be responsible for the same. The individual candidate shall make his own individual policy from the insurance company as desired by him. It shall not be the responsibility of Bhonsala Adventure Foundation for the same.

EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING REQUIRED: -

A)EDUCATIONAL ADVENTURE COURSE

1) Clothing for Activities - Tracksuit, T-Shirt (Please note that Shorts, ¾ Pants, and Sleeveless apparel are not allowed for your safety)

2) Clothing to change into at night, Undergarments, Towel, Napkin, 1 Party dress.

3) Sports or Hunter Shoes (One pair), Socks 2 Pair and Slippers.

4) Small Sack, Water bottle / Bag (1 to 2 Lt.), Torch, Pen, and Notebook.

5) Woolen monkey cap (Winter), 1 Spoon (Stainless steel)

6) Toothpaste, Brush, Comb, Mirror, and other daily requisites.

7) Odomos and Medicines as per personal requirement. (if any)

8) 3/4 Bermuda for water sports.

9) One bed Sheet, Chaddar / Blanket (winter), and Pillow.

*Rucksack, *Cotton or Nylon Thermal Inner, *Trek pants, *T-Shirts, *Full Pants, *Party Dress *Woolen Pullover Full Sleeves, *Raincoat / Poncho, *Slippers, *Adequate undergarment, *Towel, *Socks, *Hand Gloves, *Woolen monkey cap, *Bedsheet, *Torch with extra 2 Batteries, *Sunglasses, *Cold cream, *Sunscreen lotion, *Trekking / Sports Shoes, *Water Bottle, *Toilet Paper, *Personal Medicine, *Plastic bag to contain all the above plus a few spare one, *Notebook & Pen
